If you’re new to the whole “cat café” idea, here are some FAQs that might help you out:
  • How much does it cost?

The entry fee for the café is $15, which includes an hour-long session with our cats and a complementary beverage like coffee, tea or something chilled. Other items from our food and beverage menu are priced separately. We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit cards.

  • When are you open?

We are open 10am till 6pm, 6 days a week! Tuesday to Sunday. Opening hours may vary on public holidays.

  • I hear you have an age limit?

That’s right – to ensure the wellbeing of our cats and customs alike, entry is limited to those 10 years of age and older.

  • How do I book?

You can book and pay online anytime, anywhere – just click the “Book Online” button in the top right corner. For groups over 10, please give us a call.

  • Can I come if I haven't booked?

We limit the number of people in the café at any one time to ensure the best experience for cats and customers. For that reason, we strongly recommend you book in advance. We do take walk-ins (at the same entry price of $15) but only if there’s space available – so book online to avoid disappointment!

  • Can I book for more than one hour?

Our online booking system only allows for 1 hour bookings but you are welcome to book for multiple hours if you wish to stay and enjoy more cat cuddles. We do have an in store only special of extending for another hour at just $10, this does depend on availability for the next hour as sometimes we fully book out.

  • What kind of food and drink do you serve?

We offer a delicious selection of sandwiches, cakes and slices for your enjoyment – the food may change from time to time, so you can consult our blackboard inside the café when you arrive. We also serve excellent espresso coffee (included in your entry price) as well as a range of teas, soft drinks and juices.

  • Do you have disability access?

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t have disability access. Our café is located on the first floor of an historic building, so you will need to be able to traverse the stairs to reach us.

  • Can I bring my own cat?

Nope! Sorry, but we’re not set up for visiting cats. But you can come and play with our cats, and then send your cat a photo!

  • Can I adopt one of the cats?

Nope, sorry – our cats aren’t available for adoption. The café is our cats’ home, and to create a safe and happy environment for them we need to keep the population stable. However, we found our lovely residents through some wonderful agencies, and they always have cats looking for loving homes. We recommend checking them out, and, if you can, donating to support their wonderful services.

Email us if you’ve got more questions and we’ll do our best to answer them.
